Born in Toronto, Canada, Sara was educated in England, Germany, and United Arab Emirates. She also lived and worked in Cyprus and Australia .

A self taught artist and photographer, she has had exhibitions of her works internationally, won awards and sold commissioned artwork around the world. Sara is the winner of the Special Merit Award from the Light Space & Time online art gallery in the 2016 Animals Art Exhibition. 

Sara's passion and obsession has always been animals, specifically horses and dogs. Her passion for photography began after having to photograph clients horses for commissioned paintings.

When out of the studio, Sara teaches art classes focused on painting with a variety of mediums and drawing animals to children and adults at The CreativWorks Studio in Waterdown, Ontario.
